Actually it was a question asked in an Interview me too confused of this question. Might be they were asking about the design patterns or web services contracts i think. But not sure.

Can you please add more clarity on the question. 1) Are you planning to create an interface which contains 5 methods. 2) Are you planning to give the existing interface to customers and let them implement the class.
