I guess you have Windows.Forms.DataGrid in mind because in asp.net it's easy - we have those nice template columns. In windows.forms it's much harder. You've got to inherit from the abstract base class System.Windows.Forms.DataGridColumnStyle and override several methods. I guess there are plenty of examples on the net nevertheless I didn't find a free fine inplementation that can be used directly in the project. If you don't find a good example I've got serveral of them I can send you some.
