How do I connect to my database on my website?

Question

Hi I have a website. www.domain.com. I have created a MySQL database on it using a cPanel (website frontend control pannel).
My question now is how do I actually know what the path to my SQL database is. Is it mysql.domain.com or mysql20.domain.com?

Hi Thomas telnet into your server and type Code: whereis mysql or create a php script like this PHP Code: echo ` whereis mysql `; ?>
