How do i handle resize of the listview control?

Question

Hi friends i have the following listview control with widths
listview width = 700
col1 = 100
col2 = 200
col3 = 200
col4 = 200
what i want is when i resize the listview (when i resize form) it should always keeps with also it should get rid (or hide) the additonal 5th column that displays for no reason
