how Do I make a solution .exe? And how can I copile it and distribute it to other people who dont habe visual basic.net?

if you are using vs.net when u compile a program it makes a .exe in the \bin folder of your project. and to install this on other machines u must include the .NET framework (and install it on other machines that dont have vb.net)
