How do we get only edited/deleted/inserted records from a Dataset?

Each DataRow in each DataTable of the DataSet has a RowState property. This has one of the values shown in the table in this MSDN link ( http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/system.data.datarowstate.aspx ) which include Added Deleted or Modified. So it's just a matter of iterating through the DataRows in each DataTable to see whether their RowState property is set to one of these values.
