How I can Create Drag and Drop controls in asp.net Runtie

Question

How I can Create Drag and Drop controls in asp.net on Runtime ?

 

 

My requirement is, list of controls are in the left side of the web page, I will drag and drop into to panel is is the same page  and save that form to database to specific user. Like our .net editor. Is it posssible ? plz help me.
