How i can use Bootstrap calendar for Month and Year Only

Hello I want to use Bootstrap Calendar for Month and Year only in Razor MVC4 i uses this but when i try to assign calendar value to Model variable then i can't do . Please reply

$ ( #datepicker ). datepicker ( { format : mm-yyyy  viewMode : months  minViewMode : months }); try this to get the calender value in the model make sure that your control id and model id should be same.
