Why are you trying to call a Windows Service from a Windows application? Did you mean a Web Service? You can't use a Windows Service in a Windows application. A Windows Service application runs independently as its own as a service on a machine.

Right click on references and select add web reference. The standard vs add web reference dialog will display.
