how much do c# developers make?

My company is about to hire a couple of c# developers and wants to know what the reasonable salary range is. We are right outside Boston. Thanks.

Cause I've never been to New York I do not have any idea! For a Turkish student it is incredible. I study to be a computer engineer. How could I find a job in a foreign country after I graduate? (by the way your gdi articles have been so useful. Thank you!)

Perhaps you are forgetting the cost of living ;-) For example renting an apartment in New York ciry would cost you from $3000 - $5000 per month minimum. There goes half of your salary ;)

It all depends on number of experience and the salary structure of the company. But this is for sure In today's market C# developers are gettting paid more than VB Java or other developers. For example a senior C# developer with 7-8 years exp can get $100K+ per year in Boston area. Again this may be $150K in NY City and $80K in some remote area.
