Hi, this is just my opinion but I would say that regardless of projects being live or not you should mention them in your resume if they provide some insight into your value.

But I need to point out that you can easily expect an interviewer to ask some questions about the projects, for example:
What was your role in this project?
What was the architectural design of this project, have you been involved with the architectures decision making?
What would you now change in that project's implementation?
Etc...

So in other words, if you feel there is not much you can say for some specific project you might consider leaving it out of your CV.

For two years experience, there should be 3 or 4 projects. If you are working in a small organisation(51-200 employees) and if you are working in a big organisation like TCS/HCL/Wipro/IBM, then 1 or 2 projects are enough.
