Hi, As Mahesh said it purely depends on your performance.And it depends on technology also. for .Net and Java In MNCs--2.4L -3.2 L In other comps: 1.8L -2.6L

I think it all depends on the company, how good your interview was, and how bad that company really needs you. Some companies have a salary structure so they are going to offer you that no matter what. But if you feel like, the company really needs you and your Interview was great, you have an upper hand and can get the higher end of the salary. It also depends on what city you are in. You usually get into negotiations when you have some more experience. At this point, I think your focus should be the Project and technology. Even money is less but work is on latest technology, that's what you should pick.
