if you want to save updated data of GridView or or want to copy all data from GridView , Then You do this by putting GridView's DataSource into DataTable and then using DataSet's UpdateCommand() method you can save this data into DataBase .

You can use the foreach loop to get the gridview rows and with the help of that you can save it into the database. :)
