I think you can use button Location propery to move buttons.. You should google for somehing like "How to move buttons in windows forms"

I will explain you the thing . In that form I want to make the buttons move or changing position of the button which have pieces of one picture on those four buttons. So I need the help to make that thing

On that line, what do you want to do? Do you want to give background image to your picture box? That's what it looks like... You can give like this : picturebox.BackgroundImage = Image.FromFile(@"ImagePath");
