1) How to differ CLR with Win API? 2) How to differ Package in Java with Namespace in .Net?

First, CLR = Common Language Runtime. It is defined as a library or libraries containing all the compiled objects necessary to support the execution of compiled code. In the .NET environment that library is called the .NET framework. Second, Windows API (application program interface) refers to the subset of functions and calls available within the MS Windows operating system. When you make a call to the CLR library the address of library object is written into the application as with any library function. The API is addressed as a token which the operating system recognizes. They're really 2 different animals. As for namespaces, the great thing about CLR is that the namespaces can be the same but the underlying programming model can be anything. I'm not sure what more you want to know.
