but my main intention is after storing a image to db how can we get the URL for that image, can you please help me out Sure. Are you want to substitute the image's url which you got from DB?If so, you can use either the HTML image control or ASP.Net Image control like below: Markup: Code: protected void Page_Load(object sender, EventArgs e) { // Get the path from DB and store into string variable string path = "~/yourpath/folder/imagename.gif"; // Set path to HTML image control myimage.Src = path; // set imageurl to ASP.Net Image control myimagecontrol.ImageUrl = path; } Hope this helps!
