how to add a prefix in every column of table by coding?

Question

I want to add some prefix in each column of my table manually. I have a table named ProductMaster.

I want to add a column Product_Id and want to add it like P-1, P-2, P-3... so on. 

Here I'm using C# window application and sql server 2008 R2.
