How to add an icon in control panel

Hi I am developing a c# application whose icon should appear on control panel.Please help me if anyone knows. Vaibhav

You need to create a file with the extension .cpl that will go in the windows\system32 directory. This file is actually a dll with a specific interface a description of which can be found in a decidedly old copy of the Windows System Journal . The example is in C++ but maybe you could write a wrapper to go around your C# code. I hope this help if only to give you something to Google. Regards Ashley
