How to add column in database dynamically in mvc

i have emp table in database(sql server)  i want to add columns dynamically for that in my view page i given Name(textbox) datatype(dropdown) if i click save i want add column in db.

one more thing you can pass table name also as a parameter in which table you want to update it. thanks

Hi. Yes you can do that and for that you need to write a proc and in that you pass two parameter as name and datatype. The proc should be like Alter proc test @Name varchar(20) @type varchar(100) begin ALTER TABLE employees ADD @Name @type; end and please write the code for how to call and pass data in your proc inside your save button. thanks.
