how to add columns in gridview programmatically?

Let my database table is something like this(attached file). suppose I am selecting Item(Book) Values are(Max Supply Time Delivery Type(y/n) Min Supply Time)... I want these three values will come as columns.. PPlz give some solutions. Thank u

Just bind the database to the gridview. Gridview automatically will pickup all the columns that are present in the from datatable.
