How to add condition while deploying the C#.net Windows application

Hello I have prepared a windows application in C#.net. I want that application to be installed only on one particular machine ( i want something that will check mac address of the machine before installing the application on the target machine). Please can anyone help me. Thanks Minakshi Juware.
