how to add data?

i am creating one aspx form on that in one drop down list "companygrop name" is bounded from database from one table. in second drop down list i want to show the company belogs into that group.company changes as per the gropu changes is it possible how?
please help me.

Set AutoPostBack = True for dropdownlist and on SelectedIndexChanged event call the data from DB table according to dropdownlist selected value and bind to other dropdownlist.

Thanks for Reply. I tried it Autopostback property=true; i& on the same dropdownlist selected index change event i write code for select those company belong to that group but it not work .how we bound that data . please help me.
