i have table coloum like below

add end of the house no ''/''
i want output like

Hi I think so first you have to set the date format like 04-02-2012 like this then with help of c# or jquery you can put / after 10 letters. I am not sure but you can try. If this solution does not work for you please let me know then we can think on something else.
