How to add excelfile in resources retrieve data from them

Question

I used ExcelFile For data.

I write some data in excel.

Now i publish Project from Build menu and install in other pc, but data cant retrieve,

When i give this path

D:/list.xlsx and put file in d drive its completely Work,

So i want to add file in resource.

But i cant retrieve data from them..

object o = pro2.Properties.Resources.list;

but it cant accept in connection String.

Any Other Way that i can merge Excel file in Setup and retrieve data.

Thanks for reply i Write Complete Connection string. Bu i want to merge excel sheet with EXE when i publish. so no anyone can see excel file.

Vasu Your question contains your answer. You are not providing the connection String. You can transfer your Project/Application from one system to another system along with it's database but on that system also you need to store it on any drive otherwise your connection string will start showing you error message. Understand it in this way:- You have a car for driving it you need to refuel it otherwise it will not be working ya there is one way to drive it and that's by pushing it from behind. similarly if you don't save your database then you will not be able to fetch data from it ya there is one way to get data and that's by writing by yourself.
