I need to delete the line and add a new line. How better? Or better creat arraylist, reading lines from file in array, change line and than writing in file?

You cannot " add a line " without reading all the data that will follow it and then writing the new data followed by the old data. There are other options such as creating an entirely new file but you cannot update the file in place as you hope to do.
