Diya Just build One Page That will Display Data From Database According to Query String of Category ... like when Some one Click on Category TV as all sites do like ebay.com etc Response.Redirect(DisplayData.aspx?q=TV); and retrieve that Query String And Show it in Some DataBound Controls like GridView / Whatever you have Used to Show Data . No need to create Manually New pages Just One Page Will do the work :)

Whats the purpose of it ??? i know you are building e commerce website so i think no need in that web :) its hard to build aspx page with code behind file becaus after creating the aspx page you also need to think about writing related code for codebehind of that page . if its simple HTML then you can build it using System.IO; StreamWriter class use write method to create a file . But i will not recommend this .. in which senario you need this ??
