Hello Ashish Yeah ! Manoj is right. Specify it where you want to add your SQL Server ?. If you want to add it into your website (asp.net using c#/vb) then go to your website - ->Right Click --> Add New Item (CTRL +Shift + A) - -> Find SQL Server Database - -> Click Ok Note: After Press OK if vs10 Prompt you by saying " you want to add your Database in - -> App_data_folder or not ?" Then make it as "YES". APP_DATA_Folder will protect your Database from Intruders. In Left hand side of VS10 Server Explorer is there you will see your database there. Name as - -> Database.mdf

You can add this the following step Add new item>Data> Ado.net>Generatefrom databse>new connection> your connection string> ok> add table>next this will ado.net connection. Other thing you can do direct write in your connection string into your web.config file or app.config file.
