How to apply for starting Microsoft community

I want to apply for official Nepal Holographic Community related to Microsoft hololens development. My friend told me first we have to apply in Microsoft but from where i can apply for creating community? What should i do?

Hi Sanjeeb I think there is no extra formalities to start community just gather a gang of geeks and start it. But make sure to have a good online presence using FB Blogs or meetup.com etc. and Don't forget to share PPTs etc on slideshare.
