how to arrive the net pay total

Question

  i send the run mode page in attach file.

From that i want to subract the 5159 - 1326 and store in Net Pay  textbox.

5159  as txt_amttot

1326  as  textbox1


Balance amt  as txt_netpay

please send the code.
