How to Attach .bak file backup to SQLSERVER 2005

How to Attach .bak file backup to SQLSERVER 2005?

I have a backup file .bak format. I tried to attach this file into database by right clicking ob database. But there only show .mdf format file to attaching,,

This case what i can do?
please help me

Exactly what you want i mean Restore as new database or Restore as in existing database. If you want to restore as new database then right click in object explorer Databases-->Select Restore DataBase give name and select .bak file. If you want to add in existing Database then right click on DataBase on which you want to restore-->Task-->Restore-->DataBase.
