How to auto generate Serial Numbers in c# vs2010

Question

Dear All Year - Srl I am creating a employee master form and i want to auto generate the PIN Number (personal identification number) i.e. EMP-1516-00001. in C# Vs2010 Database i am using MS Access 2007. Can Anybody help  Thanks in Advance Regards Puneet Ahooja
