How to automate email which will send email at 5PM everyday

Hi Everyone How to automate an email which will send email at 5PM everyday. The email content should be from sql server data in a table format. Is there any tool is available. Please provide reference website and code to this. Can i do it my hosting server godaddy becuase my sql server is in godaddy hosting server. Regards T.N.
