how to avoid losses at file upload (Image Name) after page load

  In my project page  , first i have file upload control for image updates, after that reg form(that contain name and other personal details).At end of that page i used Save button to save all inputs(including image) into DB.

Actually i cant save this file upload images at database. because of pageload event..

so pls any one tell me easy way to save that image while Save button click.
