Using jquery you should do it First read the values of the drop down Concatenate it Assign the value to the text box .

In your 3rd dropdown add onchange function like this @Html.DropDownListFor(m => m.State new SelectList(ViewBag.StateList StateId StateName) Select state new { @class = form-control @id=ddl3 @onchange=FillCity() }) and write the FillCity() like this function FillCity(){ // Here get the value of all 3 dropdown using jquery and perform add operation // and assign the same value to textbox using jquery } One more thing give id in all dropdown and textbox. thanks.
