How to bind a dropdown using jquery and Ajax

Question

Hi. In our Application we are cloning a panel (which contains a txtbox dropdown and a file upload) using jquery on a HTML Button click evnt. Now we need to populate those dropdowns which are dynamically added on the Add More button click. How is it possible...... I am new to Jquery and Ajax. Please suggest me ...post any examples..url's.

No We have created drop downs dynamically using jquery but we need to populate these drop downs when they are created.
