Hi Reshmi You can bind a table data to a DataGridView Combo box Column by creating an instance for the object DataGridViewComboBoxColum. Then Bind the DataSource to the instance and add as column to the DataGridView. DataGridViewComboBoxColumn cmb = new DataGridViewComboBoxColumn(); cmb.HeaderText = Select Data; cmb.Name = cmb; cmb.DataSource = YourDataSource; dataGridView1.Columns.Add(cmb); Thanks Shankar
