how to block a site by using C#

hi the code your giving just can block the only the URL do u know the solution to block the entire website? for example  it only can block the www.google.com if i type the www.google.com.uk still can access to the google's website.

you can clear all the text in it but one entry that is 127.0.0.1 localhost must be present
