how to bring a block from library and inserting it in acad?

Hi,

 

I have a wpf form in which input will be fed and the program has to run and open the autocad with the assembly of the given parts by taking them from block library.

 

for example,

i have acad library with five blocks, on selecting the required blocks they should assembly each other and open in autocad file.
