How to build Answering system in Arabic Language

I want to developing an Arabic language answering questions system
I need to parsing arabic sentence ,I want to use c#,
please tell me is there any c# tool that help me in this project
is open NLP tool usefull in Arabic sentence?

thank you the error is removed now I can work with the tool can you explaine to me You can build the application and then use the resource cultures to make use of the globalization and localization concept and get the arabic options. and what you mean?

ok right click on the project in the solution explorer and give add reference then select the dll to add it to the project. then you can get rid of this error

thanks but I have problem with openNLP tool I dawnloade it but how can I used it in the visual c# project where I can put the OpenNLP.dll file . in which folder when I type using OpenNLP.Tools.Parser; using OpenNLP.Tools.Util it show an error in OpenNLP.
