How to call 2 solution url Calling

I have two solution one solution is Webapi and another is Angularjs but not hosted any where.How to web API call in angularjs . pl tell me if it is possible

If it gives error try running Visual Studio IDE with 'Run as administrator' option.

As far as I know you can of course call WebAPI from AngularJs project provided the WebAPI project is running. For development purpose you don't really have to host it anywhere. Just press F5 in Visual Studio IDE and it will start a process with the help of IIS Express.
