How to chage HeaderFooterBody Color using Color Swatches in asp.net mvc

Question

Hello i am using Master Page Design in my Asp.net MVC Application.Using These Master Page I Want change color in different div.
Suppose i have Header,Footer,Body in Different different Div i want change background color to the perticular div using Color Picker in asp.net mvc Application.
