How to Change color of linkbutton/hyperlink on mouse hover in asp.net page?

Hi all How to change the color of linkbutton/hyperlink when mouse is placed on it. AND also if the link is clicked the color should change.. how can i do this?

Hi This is my table which is actually a vertical menu style=font-family: tahoma; font-size: 8.25pt; font-weight: bold; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; background-color: #666699;> City Category State Country Designation Address Vendor Customer                   On mousehover i want the whole cell color to change to light yellow and text to black or purple... Present cell bgcolor is purple and text is white... How to do this plzz help
