how to change datalist item tex when click on button

hi my dear friends i would like to change one datalist1 lable text when i am click on another datalist2 button is it possible...? it it is ..how can share that sample link please help me...i hope u understand my questionthank you

thank you Devarajan for given respond .. i have one doubt  actually i have 2 data list - one data list is contains items another data list was items_cart datalist when i am click on plus button of cart table it will be change same product quantity on items datalist-(datalist 1)

Eswar In your case you may need to use J avaS cript /jQuery and connecting the button (datalist2) with Label (datalist1) with some kind of dynamic id name starting with same prefix or suffix like shown below. Ex: In Datalist1 item template asp:Label ID= Category Label  > In Datalist2 item template asp: Button ID= Category Button  OnClick = javascript:ChangeLabelVal (' Category' ); > Here Category is the key to identify which label you need to change on button click. Hope this will help you to resolve your issue.
