How to change the Form's Class Name????

I use Spy to find my C# Form I wanna change the Form's Class Name How to do this?

Simply change the name and all refences to it. On ISPY I used the Find and Replace.

I don't think you can just go and change the class name of an object....and why would you want to do that?
