How To Change The InnerText of anchor Tag Using JavaScript

Hi Everyone I want to change the text of the anchor depending on the condtion.like if the hidden field is having the value as english then it should change to english..and if it having the value hindi then it should change to hindi using javascript . Thanks hari.
