How to check date

Question

How can I check that Today is in which week of which month?? For example: 25/05/2016 Answer should like be 25/05/2016 is fourth week of May between 22/05/2016 to 28/05/2016. Thank you for your viewing my question. I hope I will get good answers from all of you. :-)
