How to check duplicate record in MS Access Database 2007

Dear Friends I want to create the export function in C# VS 2010 ( Winform) for excel file exporting / import in MS access Database 2007 but i don't know how to check the duplicate record while exporting/ importing excel file. Please guide me. Regards Puneet
