How To Check File in MOSS does exist or not from Web Application??

I'm using ASP .NET with C#. How to check some file for example LearnC.doc in MOSS is exist or not from Web Application??How to connect and find it??

Web Application? Not sure if it works but maybe you should try Client Object Model for SharePoint 2010: http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ee857094.aspx
