How to check if the file is empty

Hi  i have a file IL_ALLO*.csv  where * refers to date and time which changes on a daily basis Now i want to check if above mentioned file is empty or not and get the full name of the file name which is empty.How to retrieve the same.Please help regards Deepika

An empty file would have no content in it at all. Remember all of these JSON XML or CSVs have one thing in common. They are all containing string data. You can check against that string data to determine whether they are emtpy or not. For example if(File.ReadAllText( ) == ) { // Empty } else { // Nope there is something } This way you can check whether a file is empty or not. Also you need to have the full name of the file otherwise you won't be able to check it. First step is to have the file-location ( full location) .
