How to check wheather the email id is true or Fake?

hi friends i m developing asp.net web application..here i m gonna check wheather the mail id is exists or fake can any one help me out/can share any reference if exists...

Hai Kumar we dont find the email is real or fake without page redirecting.In login page it is not recommended .but using regular expression validation you may validate the email in correct formate or not check this for email validation http://asp-net-example.blogspot.in/2009/02/aspnet-regularexpressionvalidator.html
